When you registered for the Railway City Road Races, you selected your preferred race kit pick-up location. Please plan to pick up your race kit at the location you selected during registration.
Your race kit includes your race bib, race T-shirt and swag bag.

We’ll also be sending an additional reminder with your selected pick-up location and details, so keep an eye on your inbox — and don’t forget to check your junk or spam folder!

Missed Your Advance Pick-Up?
Don’t worry! If you selected an advance pick-up location but are unable to make it during the scheduled hours, your race kit will be available for you to pick up at the CASO Station on race morning.

Sunday, September 27
Race kit pick-up opens at 7:30 am. Please arrive early and allow yourself plenty of time to collect your kit and get ready before your race.
Half Marathon
7:30 am — Race kit pick-up opens
8:00 am — Half Marathon race kit pick-up closes
8:30 am — Half Marathon begins
5K & 10K
7:30 am — Race kit pick-up opens
8:30 am — 5K & 10K race kit pick-up closes
9:00 am — 10K begins
9:10 am — 5K begins
Important Reminder
Please check your race registration confirmation email for the pick-up location you selected. We’ll also send an additional reminder with your advance pick-up details before race weekend.
If you miss your selected advance pick-up, your race kit will automatically be available for you at the CASO Station on race morning. Please be mindful of the race-day pick-up closing time for your distance so you have enough time to collect your kit and prepare for the start.
All Races Start and Finish at the CASO Station
All races will start and finish at the CASO Station, located at 750 Talbot St, St. Thomas.
Parking & Arrival
Free parking is available on site at the Elgin County Railway Museum off Wellington Street. When you arrive, please follow event signage and the directions of our parking volunteers. Volunteers will be stationed throughout the parking area to help direct vehicles to available spaces and keep traffic moving safely.
We recommend arriving early to give yourself plenty of time to park, walk to the event area, pick up your race kit if needed and get ready for your race.
Race Morning at the CASO Station
Runners, families and supporters are welcome to begin arriving at 7:30 am. Race kit pick-up and on-site registration will take place inside the CASO Station beginning at 7:30 am.
The Railway City Health Hut Wellness Expo will also take place inside the CASO Station and opens to the public at 8:00 am. Be sure to stop in before or after your race to explore the vendors, services and activities available throughout the morning.
Start & Finish Line
The Start/Finish Line will be located on the pathway between the Elgin County Railway Museum and the CASO Station. It will be easy to spot, with a large Start/Finish arch, fencing and event signage.
For all races, runners will gather and line up east of the Start/Finish Line before heading out onto their course.
